The Living Quarters |
||||
Depending on age and gender, the students live in one of four quarters:
| Green Floor | ||||
| Blue Floor | ||||
| Red Floor (for girls) | ||||
| House of Majors | ||||
The rooms are airy and light, and comfortably furnished. Standard furniture includes a bed, a bedside cupboard, a shelf, a large desk, a chair and a large wardrobe with lots of storage space. The students are allowed to keep some personal items of furniture and equipment, like a small TV or a stereo, in their rooms. Bringing a computer requires a special permission. There are two common rooms on every floor, with a soccer game or a pool table, and some computers with Internet access and non-violent computer games. Soccer matches and other programs of interest can be watched on a wide-screen TV.
| The Green Floor | |||||
This is where male students aged 13 to 16, attending the secondary or vocational schools, live. Students between 16 and 18 may stay on, if they do not want to leave the group. The common rooms have TV, a soccer game, cooking facilities and Internet access. |

The House is shared by male and female students, but the living quarters are strictly separated. The rooms are naturally also gender-specific. There is a pool table and a common room with TV and internet access. As a standard, two students share a room. Single rooms can usually be arranged, if required. |
